What’s Blooming on the Farm This Week?

Updated: Jun 28, 2025

The fields are bursting with color—and we’re in love. Right now, you’ll find cheerful sunflowers, bold zinnias, feathery celosia, fluttery cosmos, and armfuls of fresh herbs like mint and lemon basil (which make the prettiest greenery in a bouquet).

One of our favorite blooms this time of year is the gladiolus, grown in honor of my mom’s grandma Nonna, who lovingly tended a garden in the Bronx. My mom still lights up with stories of those summer days, and it’s a joy to carry on that tradition here at Helena Hills.

Need flowers for a special celebration—or just a moment of beauty? Send us a note or come pick your own at the farm. 💐
