    Helena Hills Farm is a U-pick flower farm located in Hardeeville, South Carolina. We offer a hands-on experience where visitors can pick their own flowers, connect with nature, and participate in workshops and other events.
  • Where is the farm located?
    We’re located in the lowcountry, just a short drive from Savannah, Georgia, and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Our farm is conveniently located less than 10 miles from Interstate 95 Exit 5.
  • When will the farm officially open to the public?
    We’re working hard to prepare the farm for its official launch in the spring of 2025. Stay tuned for updates on our opening date and events!
  • What animals live on the farm?
    We have a variety of feathered friends on the farm including chickens and ducks. They’re an important part of our farm family and love welcoming visitors!
  • What is blooming?
    Every season there are many different flowers blooming and each season we do succession planting so there are blooms all season long. Some summer flowers may include: Dahlias Sunflowers Zinnias Cosmos Strawflower Celosia (many varieties) Basil Yarrow Many more! ​ Some spring flowers may include: Snapdragons Tulips Daffodils

    While we’re not certified organic, we’re committed to sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices that prioritize the health of the land and our visitors.
  • Do I need to make a reservation to visit?
    While walk-ins may be welcome on certain days, we recommend making a reservation for workshops or group visits to ensure availability and the best experience possible.
  • What can I do at the farm?
    You can enjoy a U-pick flower experience, participate in workshops, meet our friendly farm animals, and explore the scenic beauty of our property. We’re also planning special events, so keep an eye on our calendar!
  • Is the farm family-friendly?
    Absolutely! Helena Hills Farm is designed to be a welcoming space for people of all ages, including families with children. Kids will love visiting our animals and exploring the farm.
  • Are pets allowed on the farm?
    For the safety of our visitors, animals, and flowers, we kindly ask that you leave pets at home. Service animals are, of course, welcome.
  • What types of workshops do you offer?
    Our workshops will focus on topics like growing cut flowers, crafting with dried and pressed flowers, and other creative, nature-inspired activities.
  • How can I sign up for a workshop?
    Once we launch, you’ll be able to register for workshops through our website on the Events tab.
  • Can I host a private event at the farm?
    Yes! We plan to offer opportunities for private events, such as birthday parties, group gatherings, and small celebrations. Contact us for more information about availability and pricing.
  • Do you offer photography sessions?
    Yes, please contact the farm directly for pricing and scheduling.
  • What should I bring to the farm?
    Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and a camera to capture the beauty of the farm! If you’re coming for a workshop, we’ll let you know if any materials are needed. While walking the farm, watch for armadillo holes, ant hills, and reptiles.
  • What is the best time to visit the farm?
