About the event
Join us at Helena Hills Farm for a creative afternoon surrounded by flowers, fresh air, and good company as we create beautiful botanical garden aprons using real blooms from the farm.
With instruction by Jennifer Schroeder from Blue Poppy Silks, guests will learn the art of flower pounding — a natural dye technique that transfers the pigment and shape of flowers directly onto fabric. Each guest will leave with a unique wearable apron perfect for gardening, gathering eggs, arranging flowers, or simply enjoying a little extra beauty in everyday life.
Your workshop experience includes:
One garden apron to customize and take home
Seasonal flowers and botanicals from the farm
Guided instruction and design inspiration
Light refreshments and seasonal treats
Time to explore the farm and meet our flock
No experience is needed — this workshop is designed for beginners and creatives alike.
