Celebrate Polish Independence Day with a cozy afternoon inspired by my family's heritage.

As someone who is proudly half Polish, and with Helena Hills Farm named after my grandmother, Helen, this workshop is especially close to my heart. Together we'll preserve a tradition that's been passed down through generations—making homemade potato and cheese pierogi by hand.

You'll learn each step of the process, from mixing the dough and preparing the filling to rolling, folding, and sealing your own pierogi before cooking them to perfection.

After our cooking class, we'll gather around the table to enjoy a traditional Polish meal featuring:
